HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY PACKAGE AFTER ITS SHIPPED?

Delivery normally takes about 1-5 days to Asia and USA and about 3-10 days to Europe. The item will be shipped from Japan and we provide a tracking number for each order. For valuable items over ¥200,000, the courier will be instructed to deliver the package face to face and will require signature on delivery.

DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS DUTIES?

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s Customs Office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

WHAT IS STORE CURRENCY?

We accept Japanese Yen only. However, if you would like to use US dollars, please contact us directly. All prices are tax excluded and include the shipping fee. The price may sometimes change due to market price fluctuations without prior notice. All prices are in Japanese Yen. Please use a currency convertor to determine the exact price as the exchange rate changes daily. Please message us if you are unsure.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

We do not accept any return/refund for the reasons of personal preference. If the return reason is a result of our error, such as incorrect or defective items which we did not mention on the list, we accept a return within 2 days after being delivered. We will also pay the return shipping costs. After we receive the item, we will refund item and shipping cost to the buyer.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

We do not accept any change/cancellation after placing an order. In the case that changes need to be made to the order, or cancellation has to be made due to unforeseen reasons, a 4% handling fee (PayPal service fee) will be required. Please ensure that you check the photographs and full description carefully. Please double-check the measurements and condition before purchasing. Please feel free to ask us for any further information. We will be more than happy to assist!
